Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Place your Oodie back into its original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring all tags are still attached and the garment is unwashed.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
